 ORDERS                     

After placing your order with RIADA ADAIR, your products are sent to our facility for production and cannot be altered.  In-stock items ship within 2-3 days after ordering and all personalized items ship within 7-14 business days.   

SHIPPING                 

RIADA ADAIR packages are shipped USPS, tracking numbers are sent via e-mail when shipped. This information is sent to the e-mail address sent to the e-mail provided when ordering. All items are inspected before shipping, if any items are damaged during transit please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES     

Hassel Free exchanges are available for pre-designed items within 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.  To expedite this process, please contact our customer service (service@riadaadair.com).

All personalized items are specifically custom made for you. We do not rearrange letters, names, or dates. Please double check all requests prior to submitting your order.

If you find an error to your order please contact us immediately and we will be happy to accommodate your need on a case-by-case basis.

Please refer to the size of each product in the individual product description to ensure that your product will fit. Contact us prior to ordering if you require additional links or a smaller size. 

REPAIRS                                                                                                                                                                                                               

RIADA ADAIR will accept items for repair on a case-by-case basis without a repair fee within 30 days of purchase. Please contact service@riadaadair.com for inquires regarding repair of your product. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to add insurance and tracking to return packages.  RIADA ADAIR is not responsible for return packages damaged or lost in transit. 

CUSTOMER CARE                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Our jewelry products are comprised of a combination of metals, stones, woods, and acrylic.  Tarnish is not a sign of poor metal quality or a defect; it is due to the exposure of elements. Use warm water and gentle soap and or jewelry polishing cloths to polish sterling silver or 14k gold-filled products. For stainless steel products use a mild dish soap and warm water mix, then gently rub with soft cloth.  Contact sports and jewelry don't mix; remove jewelry during intense exercise and activity.  Jewelry neither should nor be worn in swimming pools, spas, or during bathing.  Store jewelry in fabric-lined jewelry boxes.
