1. When should I expect to receive my personalized order?

Personalized orders usually leave our facility within 2 business weeks from the date purchased unless specified otherwise.  Please allow 2-3 days for shipping to most states.  As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking number to the e-mail address used when placing your order.  Please indicate under “Special Instructions” if you need to arrange special contact details. 

 

2. From where will my order ship? How do orders ship?       

All orders ship from Winterville, North Carolina via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

 

3. How long does it take for non-personalized products to ship after ordered?                                                                                          

Non-personalized products leave our facility in 2-4 business days.  If we foresee a delay, we will contact you immediately.  As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking number to the e-mail address used when placing your order. 

 

4. What are your business hours? Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST                                                                                                                               

 

5. Can I expedite or rush an order?  Monogrammed order?  What if I have ordered several items, but need one monogrammed item rushed?  

We try our best to work with our customers to meet their needs.  Each case is individual, please CONTACT US for special time requests.

 

6. What if I incorrectly type a monogram in my order?

Please double check your order before submitting.  All custom items are made specifically for each customer and are submitted for manufacturing immediately.  

 

7. The wood looks a little lighter in the product photo than the item I received, is this common?

All natural wood is unique.  Each item may have slight variations due to its natural qualities.

 

8. There is a problem with my order, who do I contact?

10. How are orders packaged? 

Most of our products are packaged in black 2.5” x 3.5” boxes with our company logo on the top and shipped in boxes or padded envelopes. Other packaging methods may be used for different items, please contact us for exact details on products of interest.
